- Identity & contact details: name, parent/guardian names, date of birth, gender, category, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, and postal address.
- Academic information: previous qualifications, marks/percentages, board/university, and program of interest.
- Documents & identifiers you choose to provide, such as a photograph and government ID numbers (e.g. Aadhaar, Samagra ID) where required for admission.
- Payment information: booking and fee payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We receive a payment confirmation and reference, but we do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
- Account information: your student portal login ID and password (stored for authentication).
We may also automatically collect basic technical data (such as log and device information) needed to operate and secure the website.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process admission enquiries and applications and to respond to your requests.
- To create and manage your student portal account.
- To communicate with you by email, SMS, and WhatsApp regarding admissions, payments, credentials, and academic updates.
- To process the booking amount and fee payments.
- To improve our services and for internal record-keeping.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and university (DAVV) requirements.
3. Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only as necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate, including:
- Razorpay — to securely process online payments.
- SendGrid — to send transactional and notification emails.
- Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS) — to send notifications and updates.
- Our affiliating university and regulatory authorities, where required for admission and compliance.
These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law.
4. WhatsApp & Electronic Communications
If you provide your mobile/WhatsApp number, you consent to receive service-related messages (such as admission updates, payment confirmations, and login credentials) via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to maintain academic and financial records, and to comply with legal obligations. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
