1. Eligibility & Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information in all enquiry, registration, and admission forms. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection or cancellation of your application or admission. Where the applicant is a minor, the information must be submitted with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Admissions & Enrollment

  • Submission of an admission form or booking payment does not by itself guarantee admission.
  • Admission is subject to eligibility, availability of seats, verification of documents, and the rules of the affiliating university (DAVV) and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • The institution reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion, in accordance with applicable norms.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Online payments (including the admission booking amount and course fees) are processed securely through our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your full card, UPI, or banking details.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). You are responsible for any charges levied by your bank or payment provider.
  • Payment of the booking amount and fees is governed by the institution's admission, fee, and refund policy in force at the time of payment.
  • In case of a failed or duplicate transaction, please contact us with your payment reference so we can verify and assist.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, if any, are governed by the institution's refund policy and the guidelines of the affiliating university and regulatory authorities. To request a refund or raise a query about a payment, contact the admissions office using the details below.

5. Student Portal Accounts

  • On successful booking, a student portal account may be created and login credentials shared with you.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please change your password after first login.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or portal for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, other accounts, or data.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the website or its infrastructure.
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person.
